What is Telehealth?
Technically speaking it is the provision of healthcare remotely by means of telecommunications technology.
How does a Telehealth visit work?
Arrive to your visit using the appointment link provided. Speak to your provider, just as you would with an in-person visit! We will get a thorough health history, ask lots of questions, and we will share our screen so that you can see your provider speaking AND exercise graphics/videos!
Do Pelvic Floor visits involve nudity?
No. You will see your provider on your computer screen and she may want to observe your posture or form with an exercise, but there is never any reason to disrobe as you would for an in-person visit.
