At New Mom Guru, we have a thorough training process for expectations, code of conduct, and necessary knowledge base.
Typically, our training process is a 90 day process with peer supervision. We provide written evaluation and treatment templates with resources for red flags, exercise progressions, and return to activity recommendations.

For the Buddy Bonus, you will receive a 5% bonus for any revenue a new employee (hired based on your personal recommendation/recruitment efforts) produces over their first 90 days of employment.
This has excellent potential, and based on preliminary calculations it may add up to a substantial amount! This will be paid out upon the completion of the new hire’s 90-day training period.
